Welcome

Welcome

The purpose of this website as it currently stands is to build a place for people who want to be part of a citizen lobby to keep elected officials aware of what the citizens want enacted to protect our freedoms and provide for the general welfare. Also we hope the site will be used to educate ourselves about important issues. We hope that viewers would be willing to post important articles regarding issues of importance to humans and the earth.  We're just beginning to develop issue teams which may focus on enabling legislation or tracking bills sponsored by state representatives and senators.  The purpose of monitoring these is to determine which would be beneficial for Colorado citizens and which would not.  The lobbying group can then proceed to lobby for or against any particular bill that is submitted to the House or Senate.

To facilitate this process it is intended that we maintain a calendar of events that includes both the House Districts' events and those that are of importance to the issues groups.  Anyone can submit an item for the calendar by emailing the webmaster at cocitizenslobby@gmail.com. Until further notice do not use the mailform to the left until we can make it work. Please provide as complete details as possible and check for errors because we may not have someone who can do a lot of editing of other events.

Here is a link to our calendar and when you get there scroll down to current date.

Here is a link to a blog we can use. You may post questions, articles and ideas here.

Check the Page of Links on this site where we will put connections as we have discovered them or they have been reported to us.
